The guys in 4 Mile Circus were so easy to deal with in the build up to our wedding. Absolutely stress free! They were the stars of the show on the day! They got everybody up and on the dance floor, knowing when exactly to play each song, and were the talk of day 2.  We had a ball dancing the night away. We will be going to see the guys play again soon!

We booked 4 Mile Circus for our Wedding in Faithlegg House Hotel in Waterford. Leading up to the event the communication was great, when we had any questions they were more than happy to answer. When it came to choosing the music, they provided some example setlists that they have used before so we didn't have to think of the music playlist or anything which was a real load off the mind! We asked to add a few songs and it was no bother at all, they put them into the list & it worked out seamlessly.

They sang our first dance song and it was lovely but also offered to let us play a recording if we were more comfortable in order to match our expectations, we asked them beforehand to let the crowd know when we wanted everyone on the dance floor, which they did, taking any awkward pause out of the evening. 

Once the music properly started then the dance floor was full from the start of the first song to the end of the last song. The singing was brilliant, the music was great and one of the first things people have said to us since the wedding is how great the band was. 

 

Swapping from song to song was totally seamless so we just kept dancing the whole night. We also had them do the DJ setlist once they finished playing, the songs were brilliant for that as well & it was great not having to organise something else. It also meant that the flow from band to DJ was really quick and avoided a lull between them. 

 

The pricing was very reasonable for what we got & we couldn't be happier with them.

 

We couldn't recommend 4 Mile Circus enough, Shane, Stephen and the whole crew were brilliant!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you guys for playing at our wedding on the 7th August in Clonabreany House.  I believe you were meant to be our Band as we were on a night out in Oranmore and you guys started playing. We were blown away by your music set that night. You played songs from all the bands we love , Fleetwood Mac, Queen, Elton John, The Stones, Madonna, Diana Ross, Florence and The Machines and Lizzo to name a few.  Steven, your lead singer is just incredible. We even had friends at our wedding who are in the music industry and we’re at our wedding and they all said you are just an incredible band and could not get over Steven’s voice as he can sing any song from Led Zeppelin to sounding just like Lizzo and Diana Ross. I remember telling one of the girls who works in the jewellery shop where we bought our wedding rings in Galway about our wedding music and when she heard it would be 4 Mile Circus, she immediately replied , wow, those guys are just amazing, you will be so happy that you chose them as she had seen you perform at a previous wedding. And Boy , was she right, you guys are amazing , we had the best night and danced all night.

Thank you so much for making our wedding party so fricken awesome

We had the absolute pleasure of having 4milecircus play at our wedding in December. We cannot thank them enough for really making our special day even better. All our guests raved about the band and the dance floor was full from start to finish. 

 

4milecircus are by far the best wedding band I’ve ever heard, with a fantastic setlist that had everyone dancing. Steven Sharpe of course  is a star with the most incredible voice. How he can cover Led Zeppelin, Talking Heads and Gloria Gaynor all in the one set is beyond me! 

 

The lads are also so easy and lovely to deal with and were happy to chat about the setlist for the band and disco and to include all of our song requests.  

 

We cannot recommend the band highly enough if you want a really fun, alternative, and talented wedding band.

That was the best night's dancing I've ever had at a wedding.  The band were high energy and got everyone of all ages up dancing.  Thank you for learning a new song for our first dance!! Your reaching out to us beforehand to check in with our musical preferences really helped us feel like you wanted to ensure we had the best night ever.  You succeeded.  I can't thank you highly enough for how fantastic you were.  I will be recommending you often!​

From the minute we booked 4mile circus we never had any doubts or second thoughts about them playing our wedding. Having seen them play many times, we knew from the minute we got engaged that they would be our wedding band, and they did not disappoint!

 

We made the booking first by talking to Steven who put us in touch with Shane, communication was excellent, very quick to reply and very accommodating to every request, they made the whole process so easy and stress free - exactly what every engaged couple needs. They travelled from Galway to Donegal for us which was so appreciated, it isn't a short journey!!

 

As for the night itself, well what can I say they knocked it out of the park! Steven nailed our first dance (sweet thing by Van Morrison) and then went straight into Wuthering Heights and immediately the dance floor was full and thats how it stayed for the night. He even came off the stage to give me a twirl to my favourite song! A few of our friends sat out in the bar during the break and stayed there as they thought the dj had started, when they were told it was actually the band back on they literally ran back into the ballroom, raging that they had missed a few songs!

 

The singer Steven is just captivating, he was made to be on stage! Amazing vocalist and entertainer. I don't think there's a song he couldn't sing. The music was perfect and full of energy and you could tell they really gave it their all, the room was hopping!!

 

It was definitely the highlight of the day for our guests, still months later when people talk about the wedding, it all comes down to the band! My only regret is it had to come to an end! Honestly cannot recommend them enough, guys and gals - book 4mile circus now, they will make your wedding reception the best you could imagine.

We saw 4 Mile Circus on a night out in Galway and they were such a fresh sound, great performers and really got into every song. They were excellent! We ended up booking them for our wedding and they got a great reaction from the guests. Full dance floor all night long and lots of compliments! Shane is great to deal with for bookings too, very helpful and flexible. Excellent vocalist and brilliant musicians, they will really make your wedding!

A huge thank you to four mile circus for sharing their their absolutely brilliant music with us and our wedding guests.

​

Prior to the day they were available for us to make requests and organise timings and were completly flexible and reliable. All communication was clear and helpful. We were also invited to see them play at a variety of venues so we could choose favourites from their playlists.

 

They ensured that everything was set up with the venue and took care of their own set up/sound check times etc without needing to involve us which was great.

 

From the very first song the guests were instantly interested and excited about the line up. They started with a bang and each song topped the last! We chose our own first dance song and Steven mastered every high note to perfection! Honestly everyone was in awe, our jaws to the floor with how good they were all night.

 

Guests aged from 1 to 85 were on the dance floor loving every second. Their banter & interaction with the guests was superb. An incredible show.

 

An incredible party band. We may even have to book ye again for the anniversaries!!!

4 Mile Circus played at our wedding in Slane on 13/5/2017. Prior to our wedding we liaised with Shane who was really friendly, helpful and excited for us. I don't know how many of our guests came up to us during the night to tell us how brilliant they thought the lads were and how insane Stephen's vocals were (my brother compared him to Freddie Mercury).

 

They were amazing, got the crowd going, and clearly enjoyed performing. We would highly recommend 4 Mile Circus to anyone getting married.
